A growing F&B chain with 12 outlets was taking orders manually via WhatsApp. Each branch manager would copy messages into a spreadsheet, escalate by phone for stock confirmation, and re-key into the POS. Order errors were running at 8%, and lunch-rush capacity was capped by people, not kitchen.
We built a WhatsApp-first ordering bot that handles intent recognition, menu suggestions, dietary preferences, and dynamic outlet routing based on customer location. The bot integrates with the existing POS, validates stock in real time, and confirms orders with the kitchen automatically. A human only steps in for genuine exceptions (special requests, complaints).
The automation now handles 92% of incoming orders end-to-end, error rate dropped to under 1%, and the chain expanded to 18 outlets without hiring additional order-takers. Customer NPS improved from 41 to 67 within six months.
