How long does a typical project take?+
A focused automation or website project usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A custom system (ERP, CRM, POS, HRIS) takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on scope. A full digital transformation engagement is typically 3 to 6 months. We commit to weekly delivery checkpoints so you always see real progress, never long silent periods.
Do you build from scratch or use off-the-shelf templates?+
We build custom around your actual processes. Templates often force your business to bend to their assumptions; we do the opposite. That said, where mature open-source components exist (auth, payments, charting), we adopt them to save time. The business logic, UI flows, and data model are always tailored to your operations.

Every engagement includes a 30-day post-launch support window covering bug fixes, performance tuning, and team onboarding. Beyond that, we offer optional retainer plans for monitoring, maintenance, and incremental improvements. How is pricing determined?+
Pricing is based on scope and outcomes, not hours. After a free strategy call, we provide a fixed-price proposal with clearly defined deliverables, timeline, and success criteria. Smaller automations start from a few million IDR; full custom systems are typically quoted in the tens to low hundreds of millions IDR. No surprise invoices: what we agree is what you pay.
Can you integrate with the tools we already use?+
Yes. Integration is one of the most common requests. We routinely connect with WhatsApp Business API, Midtrans and Xendit payment gateways, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), CRMs, and any system that exposes an API or webhook. If a public API does not exist, we can often build a bridge using browser automation or database-level sync.
Do you handle hosting and infrastructure?+
Yes. We provision and manage cloud infrastructure on your behalf (AWS, GCP, or VPS providers like DigitalOcean and Niagahoster), including SSL, automated backups, monitoring, and uptime SLA. You retain full ownership of the accounts; we just handle the engineering. For sensitive industries, we can also deploy on-premise.

Change is expected. That is why we work in weekly iterations rather than a rigid waterfall. Small adjustments are absorbed into the agreed scope. Significant scope expansions trigger a transparent change-request conversation: we agree on additional cost and timeline impact before any work begins. No hidden creep, no surprises.
